Custom Chatlets

One of the key innovations of Teamchat is Chatlets, which can thread and aggregate replies to chat messages. The Admin panel enables the admin to customize chatlets to match their workflows. The admin can customize labels, fields, field types and chatlet type as required. The admin can customize the chatlet menus at a per-group level. The admin can also design completely new Chatlets with new handlers – some of the advanced customization may require you to co-ordinate with our solutions team.

User Management

Setup and manage your Teamchat organization with the Admin panel. Users from the same domain are automatically added to the organization. Whitelist additional email domains in the same organization, or upload a list of users from any domain (including ISP domains) into your organization. Add users to the organization with either email or phone number. Include the entire extended organization, including contractors, distributors and partners in the same Teamchat organization.

Group Management

Setup multiple groups and bulk-add members instantly. Or, setup groups automatically, with Active Directory integration. When an employee or contractor leaves the organization, delete them instantly from all groups. Manage group-level settings such as admin-only groups, hidden forms, Chatlet menus etc.

Data Download

View and download (csv format) real time aggregated Chatlet data using the Admin panel. This data can also be pushed to external systems through API integration. Enable in-depth, real-time data analysis with data integration.
